I found the whole company very good to deal with but Laura in the Stone branch, is an absolute STAR! The house we purchased was being sold by James Du Pavey, the chain was very elongated, complex and took a very long time, none of this was James Du Pavey's fault but throughout the whole time Laura was attentive, professional and very proactive in updating us (even if there was not much to update on) Laura kept us reassured and certainly helped a very stressful time to be less problematic. I can see why JDP are award winning, excellent!
