Had my flat inspection again today. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it it to have Kye in my home. I have been a private tenant for many years and used to dread to the inspection because the people who used to attended were so drab and miserable. With Kye it is totally different it???s like having a friend in your home. He never rushes you and will always listen and help where he can, he really is such a credit to Northwood and now I look forward to my inspections rather than dreading them.
