Kye is always helpful, respectful and such a lovely guy - we really look forward to his visits. He checks everything is ok, and goes over all the safety precautions - nothing is too much trouble.

Kye does a fantastic job when he comes to our home curry's out his inspection very efficiently asks plenty of questions and always puts us at ease listens to our questions and gives us feedback and for myself he has a great sense of humour he is a credit to Northwood

I had a routine inspection today. I???m always notified well in advance and kept in the loop with all processes that affect me as a tenant. Kye who completes my inspections is always friendly, well mannered and professional.

Had a house visit by Kyle 18th September. Kye was professional, prompt, polite, and friendly on introducing himself. (Remember first impression last). He was thorough without intrusive on our privacy. Also a shout out to Paula, and Mandy, who both very are attentive, and helpful, whenever help is needed, always delivered on returning calls, whenever they say they will. Not an easy thing in such a busy schedule. Both appear productive and very experienced employees. I don???t normally give reviews but credit mus be giving when due to deserving ones. Five Star to them all.

Paula was amazing! She dealt with our purchase in a friendly yet professional manner and made the whole process a lot easier. When I didn???t hear back from my solicitor Paula would do the legwork and chase for me. When I come to sell in the future I will 100% use Northwood.
