I rented a property through Northwood and yesterday I had my first property inspection with Kye. Kye is a very friendly and professional guy, he arrived promptly, he carried out the inspection with the minimum of fuss. He checked that I was happy with everything, it honestly felt that he was generally concerned about people's happiness in their properties. Everything from the moment I contacted Northwood until now has been superb. Great service and would highly recommend. Well have been in my property for 6 months now and everything is brilliant. Great service when needed and the friendliest inspections at a time that suits, what more could you need

Great was very respectful of our home and asked about all the safety points including smoke alarms also asked if everything was ok with the property and if there were any issues, nice and friendly and complimented our lovely home

We just had an inspection done which was done by Kye who was incredibly accommodating when arranging it and worked around us. This was the second time he???s come around for an inspection and he always brings a smile and good energy! He always checks to make sure we???re happy and chases up maintenance issues if required.
