I???ve rented with Northwood for 6 years - they helped me to get a home with my dog in a difficult situation, and worked around me not having any rental history with other references & financials which allowed me to have a home which I love to be safe & happy in. I get quite anxious and so I???ve always found the lead up to house inspections difficult even though they go fine when they happen, because of having a stranger in the house. However as of Kye taking over the house inspections side I???ve found this much easier, as he???s really friendly and approachable and understands completely that people might find the process invasive, and so instantly tries to put you at ease. I feel far less stressed out in the lead up and more confident about maintenance issues.
