Hi Sara I'm a little confused by your review, firstly I cannot find that we have shown you around a property let alone conducted any referencing unless you viewed with a partner or sharer? We do complete credit referencing for our landlords but we do not charge a prospective tenant for this service. If we do find adverse credit we can sometimes negate this with accepting landlords by the provision of a Guarantor. I am sorry you felt it necessary to write this review as I feel it is unfounded and an unfair representation of the service offered by the team here at Northwood.
