We as agents work for our landlord clients to find the best tenants for their property in the most reasonable time-frame, part of this is to conduct referencing which will involve credit referencing, previous landlord checks, I.D. 'Right to Rent' and employment checks. The result of these are then referred to our landlord clients who make the decision as to whether a potential tenant is suitable for their property, in this instance we presented your references to two landlords, neither of which were in a position to accept the application. We cannot be held responsible for the results of the referencing or our clients decision.
