I've used Nicholas Humphreys letting services for the past 4 years and I would highly recommend there services. I've never had a void with any of the rentals and they've always been on hand should I require any trades recommended. I would encourage any landlords, particularly with Student lets to use NH as the team are fantastic and very responsive.

We are currently selling mine and my partners properties to move in together. I was referred to Chris from Nicholas Humphreys and the whole process has been unreal! My house went up at 8:30am and was sold the next morning with 6 offers. We went to NH in search of a property for me and my friends, which eventually, due to unfortunate circumstances dwindled down to just me and my partner. And I have to say the team were amazing, always ready or help and super responsive. I particularly had amazing experiences with Andrew and a young lady I never got the name off, May have been Kate(one of the front desks next to andrew), she helped us view 3 properties and was a good laugh, made it not feel like a awkward experience and morel like a friendly look around. Same with Andrew. A massive thank you for working with us, even if we ended up not getting a property due to financial issues, you guys were all brilliant
