He discussed how the current listing looked to buyers and what he would propose elevate the listing. I immediately felt reassured that he knew what was best to sell the property and I signed up there and then. I was kept well up to date with the progress (something I hadn't experienced before with my other estate agent). Within a couple of weeks Chris managed to secure an offer. He, again, kept me well informed with how its going, often linking in with solicitors (on both sides) to keep it going and advised me of what I needed to do (if anything). The whole process has taken around 3-4 months and I can finally breathe a huge sigh of relief that it's due to complete. I can't thank Chris enough for his efforts, continued updates and support. I would definitely recommend and will use again.
