Hi Jack, thank you for removing the comments on your original review. I would like to respond to some of the original points raised as follows;
As an agent we strive to offer excellent service, whilst providing homes that are safe and meet all regulations. As you are aware, we personally visited this property along with Stoke City Council, and the property was deemed to have no significant damp issue, nor any other issue concerning the health or welfare of any of the tenants.
We are an ethical agent, we NEVER force anyone to do anything, let alone force people to sign documents, or force people to hand over deposits. Our deposits are registered with the TDS and are always open for dispute via an independent third party adjudicator. The choice ALWAYS lies with the customer and we would very strongly refute any allegation to the contrary.
Where any maintenance issues within a property are brought to our attention, we always endeavour to get these resolved as soon as possible.
Before visiting a property we give a minimum of 24 hrs notice in writing, and within that notice we also provide the opportunity for our tenants to rearrange if this is inconvenient.
As we are a managing agent, there would be no need for your landlord to be in direct contact with you. Your landlord pays us as an agent to deal with the management on his behalf. We also refute your allegations directed towards the landlord of this property.
