Hi Andy Due to Covid-19, and putting the safety of people first, we have taken the decision to stop visitors to the office. The key hand over process takes a very short amount of time. In addition, as we pointed out to you on the day, we are still contactable by phone and email and have plenty of staff to deal with any concerns that you may have in a safe and timely manner. We can confirm that the property had been cleaned prior to you moving in, so I am disappointed with the comments regarding this.
