Terrible. Please avoid. Me and my friends lived in a property of theirs, the property was in a terrible state. It is in serious need of renovation, it was not fit to rent. When I first moved in all my kitchen appliances was thrown away by the cleaners... which I only got £80 taken off my first rent. The house was mouldy (which we’re getting charged for) but we had complained about it and we were told to keep the house ventilated but they had cleaners coming and clean the mould, even the cleaners said how bad the mould was and all they could do was clean the surfaces. Cracks in the ceiling which we complained about (but we’re getting charged for that too). When we left the property we got sent a document of the things “we had damaged”, we noticed that they took pictures of things that they never took picture of in the start of our contract. For example they never took pictures of the bottom part of the mattress but when we moved out they all of a sudden remembered to take a picture of it... there wasn’t a picture at the start so there is no proof that we did or didn’t do the damage. So it’s unfair that we’re getting charged for that too. They also never took a picture of the cracked ceiling we complained about but managed to remember to take a picture of it when we left (and charged us for that too). Anyway, long story short.... they’re taking all our deposit... please avoid if you want a peaceful university living experience.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although I must say that I am surprised and disappointed at the feedback. When tenants move in, they are provided with an inventory. You were provided the opportunity to review this and advise us of anything that was missed. If you have done so, and we are now charging you, then please do get in touch and I will look into these for you. We absolutely would not intentionally deduct monies from deposits without justification. This only causes us more work and wasted time! With regard the items thrown away, we discussed this at length at the time as one of our cleaning contractors mistakenly threw these out. Although not directly our fault, you provided us with a list of items and you were duly paid in full for the replacement of these with brand new items as a gesture of goodwill. You are not being charged for any mould, or any cracks, only damage or cleaning that was as a result of the property being returned in a worse state than it was left.
