The staff here are friendly and helpful. We've been renting our student house through Humphreys for three years, going into the fourth, and have not had one void period or late rental payment. All the safety checks have been managed well and in a timely manner. The students also seem happy with Humphreys' service which is important too! Occasionally, Humphreys have been a little slow when responding to emails but this is generally when they are checking all the students in for the new academic year. Otherwise, I have no complaints about Humphreys and would recommend them to any landlord who wishes to rent out a student house.
