Avoid at all costs

Horrendous company, due to get a mortgage offer sent to them, just needed to pay for damp proof report and gas, roof and timber checks which i had to pay for and they didn't have the decency to tell me another buyer was nearly over the line with the property. I wouldn't have paid for checks if they'd told me the situation. They knew about the checks too as they let the builders and plumbers in as it was an empty property. I deal with estate agents often as got buy-to-lets but these are the worst ive dealt with. Not to be trusted.
