incompetent
Had a dreadful time buying a house through Jones. Constantly having to chase them up, as they failed to keep us or our solicitors informed, they didn't even bother to tell us that our offer had been accepted until we chased them up. The final insult was when we came to move into the house, they gave us the wrong keys! Do not use this estate agent!

Shocking
Absolutely dredful time with Jones Estate Agents, had loads of problems with the property I rented for nothing to be done, I had to chase everything up myself. Had no hot water for first 3 months - and this was NOT from lack of contacting the estate agents! Dredful and would not reccomend them to anyone.

Avoid at all costs
Horrendous company, due to get a mortgage offer sent to them, just needed to pay for damp proof report and gas, roof and timber checks which i had to pay for and they didn't have the decency to tell me another buyer was nearly over the line with the property. I wouldn't have paid for checks if they'd told me the situation. They knew about the checks too as they let the builders and plumbers in as it was an empty property. I deal with estate agents often as got buy-to-lets but these are the worst ive dealt with. Not to be trusted.
