This review is long overdue. We made an offer on a rather challenging property back in 2020/2021. It took a long time, was stressful and emotional due to various complications but Redbrik especially Natalie were there through the process with regular updates and at times intervention with the council who had no sense of urgency and the fact that I ended up with my forever home is purely down to them and the help and support they gave. My partner and I are in the process of buying our first home through Redbrik and honestly we could not have asked for a better estate agent than Sophie. When we viewed the property, she knew so much about the house and had all the answers to the questions I had about the property. She was very quick to follow up with more information I had requested about the property, and throughout the buying process she has been so professional and responsive, giving us updates with where we were with the buying process and the current owners' buying process, as we were in a chain. She also gave us the contact of a surveyor for the house, and was liaising with our mortgage broker (Kelly from Connect Financial Solutions, who works with Redbrik) so communication throughout was fantastic. Having just sold my house with Redbrik the only review I can write is a positive one. The 5-star service we received all the way from initial valuation through to the sale of our property was second to none. All too often, previously, I would have to continually chase answers, never have my calls returned and generally feel frustrated with the property sale process. This was not the case with Redbrik. The communication and support we received was excellent, the marketing package was superb and showcased our property very well, the online portal kept us fully informed of progress being made, finally, the fees quoted were also very competitive. A special mention must go to Kathryn and Claire who managed the sale process exceptionally well. I will have no hesitation in using Redbrik for any future property transaction I will be involved with.
