Hayley has overseen a property I have rented as a tenant for the past few years with no problems and I have always experienced good efficient service from her company. From the initial enquiry I have found the service provided to be professional and at the same time friendly and down to earth, I always felt there was a good balance provided for my interests as a tenant and those of the property owner. I had a problem with the boiler a couple of years ago which Hayley did everything in her power to rectify in a timely manner and the problem was resolved.
