I had to sell my parent's house having never sold a house before. James was very professional and friendly when he visited to take the details. He seemed to be a lot more knowledgeable than others that I saw. He also understood that this would be a painful experience for me. I didn't know that there would be a kind of liaison person ( Sally) but this was an excellent service. Sally made what became a quite involved process as easy as possible. The phone was always answered & she even sent emails in the evenings & her days off if she thought I needed to be updated on something. All in all, the service was excellent
