A young ambitious company - made a good first impression but failed to deliver on promises. Despite their view that it can be overlooked, providing an EPC is a legal requirement with a fine for non compliance. The professional approach when mistakes are made, is to apologise and put it right. I was not offered either courtesy. Personally, I would go elsewhere.

Did not have a good experience with this company. Viewed multiple properties listed with them and found the real estate agent to be under informed on the homes they were selling. We did proceed down the path of purchase with one, paid for searches and a building survey only to find at the point of going to exchange that the property had had subsidence (undisclosed until this point) and the flat roof on the small 3rd bedroom extention had been replaced after it had collapsed from heavy snow. The Real estate agent said he did not know which begs the question 'why not?' when you list a property do you not ask the basic question of 'have you ever had to claim on your building insurance? and if you have, what for?' so if you did not know by this late stage, I can only be left to think that you are not thorough and are not doing your job very well. In addition there were MANY things wrong with the property which had not been highlighted and work required was substantial which the price of the property did not reflect. We dropped the property like a hot potatoe. Not a good experience, real estate agent was unphazed by our experience and unapologetic for the money wasted on this entire process.
