Hello Carl, I understand your frustration as your complaint goes under investigation. Until a resolution has been met, we remain limited to what we can discuss on a public domain but we would like to provide more context to you and potential readers of this review.
After reviewing the information we currently have, it is unfortunate that your boiler experienced a leak 2 months after our final inspection. As a Let Only client, we only provide services at the beginning and end of the tenancy, whilst the general management remains your responsibility.
Our final inspection was taken the day the tenancy agreement ended in the presence of the tenant and was confirmed by you as satisfactory. I understand you are not content with the property’s condition at this moment in time since viewing the property 3-months after the report was given to you.
I sincerely hope we are able to find a resolution. In the meantime, we wish you the very best with the sale of the property.
