Appalling experience, I am happy that it did happen before renting. A viewing was arranged with someone with Gmail account, I went to see the flat and waited for 20 minutes, no call no apologies nothing. I called the agent and after 5 attempts I managed to speak with a guys called Huseyin Nasif who said there was another appointment and he could only reschedule the viewing for next week.
