We've been with a lot of estate agents in the past, but never seen any as poor as this one. The 60 days notice period is absolutely ridiculous, where every other agent uses 30 days. The staffs here are simply untrustworthy. If anyone is stuck with them, please use only emails because they will simply deny anything that they said/ you reported over the phone. The main issue with this agent is that they support the landlord more than the tenant even if the landlord is in the wrong, so if you are a tenant I would strongly recommend staying as far from this agent as possible.
