I spoke with several Estate Agents prior to listing our property. When we met Jodi we knew we wanted her to sell our house. She was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. She knew how much our home meant to us and was considerate and caring throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was on the end of the phone at any time of the day/night that we needed to contact her, and dealt with everything super quick. During the time that the sale was going through Beth dealt with lots of back and forth between ourselves and the buyers, and when solicitors were not responding, Beth did, she dealt with everything promptly and efficiently. What I liked about Martin and Co was that I knew who I was talking to each and every time, I wasn't passed on to numerous staff who didn't know about our 'case' and having to repeat things.
