Having contracted to Martin and Co for a number of years I find all their staff extremely professional,highly efficient and always very helpful with nothing being too much trouble, although I usually deal with Cheryl on the occasions she is unavailable any other staff member is able to step in and contact me to explain what work they require me to carry out, I would definitely recommend.

I’m leaving this review as I am currently renting a property in Stafford with Martin & Co, from the offset they have been nothing but genuine and honest, Cheryl and Suzanne have gone out of there way to help me with renting a property with them and feel I’m not just another client, Any issues I have had has been swiftly resolved with a minimal of fuss. Professional and friendly staff, they make it easy to handle tenancies and renewals, as well have a good maintenance system for maintained properties. Cheryl who I deal with frequently is always professional and punctual, and has great communication which arguably is the most important aspect of customer care. 5 star
