My experience with this agency has been bad .....very unprofessional...didn't put our ad out on rightmove for over a week ....and they came back to take photos die to forgetting the first time ...about a week later .....had people show up nearly an hour before due ...and then didn't bother to inform me that I was supposed to show my property so missed a potential buyer through lack of communication and then to top it off lost my back door keys ....so all in all a negative 👎

Wanted to rent a house with them. Called several Times to make an appointment to view the property. They were supposed to call me back. Waited couple of weeks. Still no response. Found a house with another agency.

Looking to offer on local properties my details weren't taken nor was my offer passed on to the seller unprofessional. In regards to your response if you remember our conversation yesterday it was only on the second attempt that you recorded my details. It is for this reason I have chosen to work with the other agents in Stafford who have been keen to arrange viewings and pass on my information.
