We have been very impressed with the service we have received from DB Roberts, Stafford. As advised, we had three estate agents come round to value the property. The other two estate agents came across as pushy, over confident, wanted to be mates, discussing holidays. Adam, the manager at DB Roberts, was quietly confident, professional but not pushy. He didn't give us the sales talk, didn't fetch out loads of print outs of similar properties in the area for comparison. He gave us a good estimate of what the property was worth, without going over the top, he was complimentary, business like, and we found him reassuring. His staff have kept us informed of viewings, feedback and gave us sound advice. We sold 2 months after it went on the market. Excellent result.

Use DB Roberts if you want to sell your house! The service and attention to detail was excellent.The video was a great asset and so much better than the usual rushed and stilted collage videos from other estate agents. We could put our own input into the photo sequencing, the viewings were properly vetted to avoid sightseers and the follow-up with purchasers and solicitors was professional and unintrusive.
