The other two estate agents came across as pushy, over confident, wanted to be mates, discussing holidays. Adam, the manager at DB Roberts, was quietly confident, professional but not pushy. He didn't give us the sales talk, didn't fetch out loads of print outs of similar properties in the area for comparison. He gave us a good estimate of what the property was worth, without going over the top, he was complimentary, business like, and we found him reassuring. His staff have kept us informed of viewings, feedback and gave us sound advice. We sold 2 months after it went on the market. Excellent result.
