We rent out a twobed end of terrace and a fourbed detached and I cannot recommend BELVOIR STAFFORD highly enough. All of their staff are professional and friendly. In particular, Julie and Sandra, who have looked after us many years. They are so invested in taking care of the tenants and resolving any issues. They have provided us with excellent service more than 25 years and I have never had to get involved and sort things out myself. (which I have had to do with rentals managed by other agents ) They are very hands on when it comes to managing repairs, Their contractors are very professional and are never overpriced. When we had an insurance claim water damage, Belvoir Stafford helped us through the problems that caused. They are excellent at vetting tenants and our tenants have stayed us many years. On occasions when tenants have moved on, Belvoir found excellent replacements. When we decided to sell a third rental property, Belvoir quickly found a buyer and the sale went through smoothly. I’ve given this review chapter and verse, but having different agents our other properties, I know this one is the best.
