From start to finish the service I received from Sandra at Belvoir! has been second to none. When we called around prospective agents Sandra stood out from the first phone call, she was genuinely interested in winning the business and helping us to rent out our property (which was unlike a lot of other agents we spoke with). Throughout the process Sandra remained in regular contact, kept us informed of every step along the way and went far beyond what I expected to receive from a Letting Agent in terms of Customer Service (Service is a clear priority for Sandra). I feel that Sandra is not only the best contact I have found in the Lettings space but perhaps one of the best individuals I have come across in terms of Service in any industry.... genuinely very impressive! In terms of delivery she did exactly what she said she was going to do, exactly when she said she would do it and all with a professional and friendly attitude. I would have no reservations in recommending Sandra and by extension Belvior! to anyone.
