I hope this note finds you well. I was very disappointed to read your review last week as we strive to provide a high level of service for all of our customers and a 3 star rating is not something I am happy to see . I was hoping to discuss the matter in more detail with you over the phone but having searched through our office database we don't appear to have any record of having dealt with you at any time. To pick up on the points you have stated in your review occasionally it can take a bit of time get a property loaded on to our website for a wide variety of reasons but I can assure you the properties are listed in an acceptable timescale. It is vital that we present the property in the best possible way so taking the best photos/video on a sunny day, make a huge difference which can be weather dependant. We require the sellers to approve the sales particulars before marketing can commence and the necessary documentation to be provided by the sellers in order to meet the necessary compliance measures, which can also take some time depending on the property/situation of the seller. As I am sure you will be aware we give the seller our recommendation with regards to setting an accurate asking price but will take their instructions as to the level they wish to achieve and will always do our best to meet their ambitions.
