We had some ups and downs: low offers, buyers changing their minds, inept solicitors - but they always remembered who their client was, and were sensitive to the difficulties of selling on behalf of family. Chris called regularly to discuss strategy and pricing, and Amy and others kept us informed of viewings, offers and queries. All were friendly, helpful, and they very much earned their money.
