Initially I found the service provided to be very good, however, after our property was sold the service went downhill, The agent dealing with our sale left the business to work elsewhere, he only advised us on the day he left! This was followed by a complete lack of regular updates from the agent who took over our file - she only works 3 days a week and there were at least 3 occasions where promised updates were not actioned/followed up. Maybe we were unfortunate but our overall impression was not as good as others have clearly experienced.
