We are relocating to the area and bought our new house through Katy Poore at EXP and found Katy (and Caroline) to be very efficient, communicative and helpful. We had 3 local estate agents out to value our property and explain how they proposed to sell our home. Katy Poore Estate Agents charged (slightly) more than the other agents but really understood the market and more importantly exactly what we were looking for from the agent. So we decided to proceed with them and are delighted with our decision. From the beginning it was a real team effort. Katy’s colleagues Simon and Glenn were absolutely outstanding, advising us on the presentation of our property and preparing for the professional photography and promotional video which was AMAZING. All of the marketing was absolutely first class, generating plenty of interest. Their constant communication has been extremely reassuring, always keeping us updated on any interest and reassuring us where appropriate. They made selling our house a truly pleasant experience. Within a few days they had arranged 7 viewings and we have agreed a sale at a figure in excess of the asking price. Furthermore, they even provided really useful advice on how to proceed with our purchase on a property we intend to buy through another estate agent. To say that I would “highly recommend” them is an understatement!
