My partner and I opted to go with Katy after unsuccessfully selling our flat in St Ives with other agents. Fast-forward 4 months, the sale of our property is complete and my partner and I have moved into our first home together that Katy had encouraged us to see. Throughout the entire process, Katy’s service has been exemplary. Her photos of our property, her enthusiasm, her ability to answer every question (big or small), her knowledge of the market and ultimately her unwavering desire to always go the extra mile. For so long as Katy is running her business. I will never look anywhere else when it comes to buying / selling properties.
