I have been dealing with Becky lately within the letting of 10 or 11 void properties that my client wanted re-letting in the Wyton area. They always no what is happening with the properties when calling for updates and any requests are done with no hassle at all. I really can't recommend them highly enough and, should we ever move again, we wouldn't think twice in using them again. When considering the results, the fees represent good value for money. I would never ever recommend Purple Bricks or Tepilo to anyone based on my experience. A good local agent like Thomas Morris makes all the difference and removes all the associated stress.
