Having sold our property in London, were looking to buy a house in the area. We must have spoken to most agents in the area and, despite the tough market, Ive been surprised that they dont try harder - or work smarter. When we do get a call from one of them, it seems as if they haven't even read their own notes. Except inHouse. They have only called us a few times, but each time with an interesting proposition. Sometimes the house wasnt exactly to our brief but Steve (the boss - its a small agency, but all the better for it) had thought it through and had ideas about how we might be able to make it work. We haven't bought anything yet but when we do, if it is one of Steves, Ill raise a silent cheer.
