HI There, I am very sorry to see that you are unhappy in anyway with the property in which you were living or with our service. Humidity in a property is an increasing problem related sometimes to modern living and in combination with the increasing costs of heating. I do not know which property you are referring to, so cannot be more specific but if we are aware that there has been a history of mould we will try our best to make sure that the tenant has all information available to us and is given advice on how to manage this. One thing that I can be completely clear on however, is that Arden never make claims from deposit unless these are 100% justified and in any event any funds requested from deposit are to pay contractors not Arden. We would actually prefer if we could give every tenant their deposit back in full every tenancy, it would be a lot less work for us.
