I would strongly advise both tenants and landlords to avoid QPS Homes. I have been dealing with a pigeon infestation for nearly two years, which has led to a dangerous accumulation of droppings on the balcony. This is a clear biohazard, yet it has been allowed to continue with little to no effective action taken. Under the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018, landlords are legally required to ensure a property is safe and free from hazards throughout a tenancy. Instead of acting within a reasonable timeframe, QPS Homes have repeatedly delayed, ignored calls, and attempted to shift responsibility elsewhere. Whether it is block management or the landlord is irrelevant to the tenant. The issue still needs to be resolved and it has not been. The level of communication is extremely poor. Calls are not returned and issues are dragged out for months and in this case years. There is a clear lack of urgency, accountability, or basic duty of care. For tenants, this means living with unresolved health risks and unacceptable conditions. For landlords, it raises serious concerns about whether legal responsibilities are being properly managed on your behalf or whether issues are simply being ignored until they escalate. This experience shows a lack of care for both tenants and landlords and a disregard for legal obligations. I would not recommend their services.
