I signed a contract with Belvoir on Tuesday and was surprised there were 3 showings on the property the very next day. And then there were 4 offers on the property by Friday. Excellent! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome than that. All it took was another 30 days to finalize the sale. Very much satisfied with the service.

Excellent service all round. Fair valuation price. Sightly higher fee but worth it. Sold our property within 2 weeks. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Lots of chasing done by Katherine between buyers and solicitors. Would highly recommend and would use again in the future if required.
