Danielle came out to value our house last week and unlike other agencies she didn’t do a quick in and out to basically look at the house. She took time to speak to us and understand what we actually wanted in a future house. After speaking to us she advised us to wait and look into other options such as an extension before making a decision on what we wanted to do. This was a breath of fresh air as we felt pressured by other agencies who had valued the house. Would totally recommend Belvoir to anyone looking to sell their house. Also for looking to buy a house, one of the ones we wanted to look at was for sale with them and again the experience was good with no pressure.

I had a horrible service with my previous letting agents so I looked up Belvoir and noticed they had decent reviews. They were a little more expensive but it really is true when you here "you get what you pay for". Belvoir (in particular Vivienne) have a fantasic service. They are very customer focused and detailed and always keep me updated of events; this is really important to somone like me being an expat. I NEVER have to chase them for issues and they are very prompt to act on my instructions. Overall a great service
