The absolute best letting agents i've ever come across, friendly, reliable and seem to genuinely care. it's very difficult to find decent estate agents and ive never had a trusting relationship with them in the past, however Whitegates have been amazing and i feel very lucky to have used them finding my place.

Dan and Lauren are an excellent team, very professional and very helpful. They followed up on everything and everyone while the home was on the market, kept me informed of what was happening at all times, and generally held my hand while I was out of the country during the home sale. They provided good advice and excellent service. They definitely deserve five-stars!

We approached Whitegates to market a 2 bed flat that we had available in St. Annes. The flat had been to let through another local agent for 3 months without any interest, but within 30 days of the place being photographed a new tenant has been found, credit & reference checked and moved in. Dan and Lauren have been absolutely fantastic from the start, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they go the extra mile to make sure we've been kept up to date at every stage of the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent!
