There is something to be said for businesses who pick up the phone and speak to you. As great as email is, more often than not, speaking to a someone often resolves things much faster. Kerry was my key point of contact at Northwood St Albans near the end of my tenancy. During my time there I had to report a number of issues. When Kerry came on board to support me, she was so easy to work with, she took the time to listen, followed through on what she'd say she'd do and cleared matters up when one of her colleagues overlooked some key agreements. It was just a pleasure being able to have a consistent point of contact that has a familiarity and history of the property I was staying in. Dare I say it, it didn't feel like I was dealing with your typical estate agent!
