I have used Northwood a number of years now and everyone is fantastic there. A big shout out to Elizabeth Smyth resolving a matter with my energy bill. She took the time to understand the issue and persistently called the provider to ensure the problem was resolved. Nothing was too much trouble her, she also documented everything clearly in all her emails which was super helpful.

Received a most helpful service from Samual and Emily at Northwood St Albans. They kept us informed with helpful guidance on the tenancy agreement, were proactive and responsive to various questions we had. Emily remained engaged, seeing the handover process through to the final stage, which we appreciated. I would recommend Northwood service, which we have used on a number of occasions over the last few years.
