An absolute legend! Elizabeth has had her finger firmly on the pulse in all my dealings with her. She has a very good approach to documenting who she has spoken and always follows up to ensure the task has been complete. To cut a long story short I stopped using another local Lettings company as they were poorly managing several properties that I had with them. There were so many issues with utility companies and local council all chasing debts which the previous tenants were all responsible . My previous agents were not updating these records and as a result debt companies were wanting to pass these charges onto myself. Elizabeth was very helpful and managed to contact all involved to resolve the issues.
