I would like to praise the service of a Ms. Emily Shaw of Northwood , St. Alban, who happened to be the agent who had shown us two rental properties at Ziggurat House. Although the two units did not meet our requirement, we found Ms Shaw, punctual, polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We wish her every success in her career.

Emily at Northwood has been excellent at helping us find a property in St Albans. We were completely new to the area so had lots of questions which Emily easily answered and she's made us very excited to move here.
