I've had a lot of bad experience with landlords and estate agents in the past, and so Martin & Co. were nothing short of a godsend. At every point during my 1 year tenancy they were helpful, efficient, fast, reasonable, friendly and thorough. I was quite demanding and needed the house sooner than was advertised. Martin & Co. got the property perfectly ready in just 1 week to meet my needs. I also extended my tenancy at late notice which was also promptly sorted out. I lost my keys a couple of times and had one or two other issues, all of which were immediately and efficiently sorted out with minimum of fuss. The integrated service of managing the property as well as being the estate agent is not something I've come across before, but it is an absolute game-changer. I never ever met my landlord and yet I was perfectly communicated with. I honestly couldn't recommend them any higher and if I am to find myself in their operating region again, I would genuinely accept a slightly worse or a more expensive property if it meant it could be let and managed by Martin & Co.

Rarely do you get estate agents that really care about their clients as much as they do. All the staff at Martin and Co. St Albans are great and really care about finding you the right property. The service doesn't stop there, as if there are problems they are very quick to get them rectified. I couldn't recommend this estate agent more highly. If you need to rent somewhere you must go and speak to them!
