I genuinely would recommend Fry & Kent to anyone looking to rent. Previous to Fry & Kent, I had an awful experience renting through Ashbourne's. However Fry & Kent from the start offered incredible service. From letting us view a property the same-day, to a simple reference process which meant I didn't have to wait too long before I had confirmation. We had some initial trouble with our boiler and washing machine which Faye dealt with immediately and even went above and beyond by bringing round chocolate and flowers for the inconvenience - a super lovely touch. With Ashbourne's the process of terminating the contract was an absolute nightmare. However Fry & Kent made it feel like a breeze. The agreed date was stuck to, the check-out process was professional and no argument was needed to get the deposit back (I had to go through TDS to get my deposit back when renting through Ashbourne's). It's been over 6 months since I rented through Fry & Kent and I'm still pleasantly delighted by the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Fry & Kent to anyone looking to rent.
