"Northwood valued my property, ..."
Northwood valued my property, conducted some viewings and we agreed a sale price in August 2022. I didn't hear a peep from them until the completion date in February 2023, presumably because they wanted paying their £2,400. I would have thought they would have chased solicitors etc but they didn't.
