I was very pleased with my choice of David Wiffen of Herne Hill branch of Ewe Move to sell my flat. I'd seen he'd successfully sold other properties in the same area and felt as a franchisee he would be able to give a priority service to me , whilst not leading my prospects off to view a bunch of alternative properties on a large estate agent's book. As a property developer and landlord I highly value good quality photos, often paying extra for professional shots to show off a property in a good light. David handled the photos himself, with some tasteful rearrangement of ornaments and furniture to achieve excellent results. I think possibly as standard Ewe Move do feature adverts on the portals and I found my advert certainly presented the flat well and gave a good impression in comparison to others. During the selling process David was always available through WhatsApp, phone email etc and I valued his input in making pricing decisions and changes throughout the process. Once the sale was agreed he both recommended a local solicitor (with his commission made open knowledge) -who I am glad to say I was also very satisfied with-and kept on top of chasing both them and the buyer's solicitors. I would recommend and certainly aim to use David again if selling another property in his area.
