They don't deserve one star because I have lived in my 1 bedroom flat with me and my partner and my 2 and a half year old and 8 months pregnant with my second for a1 year and 8 months with mold and there's nothing they can do

Useless place never listen to you.

Terrible service. As a person who lives near a property they manage. Gardens have rubbish and furniture fly tipped in them. They take forever to remove the things, if they do at all.

They put the tenants from hell in my property, who even had a Rotweiler, which they didn't tell me about. Watch out for their illegal tie-in periods, too. Finally, all Martin and Co agents are independent, so don't expect any help from head office if you run into problems with individual agents. Don't use!

Utterly useless. Lost keys, fail to do basic repairs, didn't know the correct electric or gas supply - I ended up on the phone for 4 hours with various companies trying to establish who supplied the flat! We didn't have hot water for a month at one point!

Sending daily texts to a phone demanding a Tennant to pay money when NOTHING is due until the END of the month!..evidence can be provided to anyone wanting to rent from this company. Call to ask a question get told they need to talk to someone and will get back to the tenant, didnt happen ... demanding once rent paid that they have tennants personal bank payment receipts for a bank transfer or the balance won't be cleared...wow... so much hassle . Either want to be paid or NOT? ??!!? How is that possible for a busy person to do this, surely its there job.
